The real estate data in the city in the second quarter of 2023: the price in a sharp jump and the number of transactions cut in half

The Central Bureau of Statistics published the data on real estate transactions in Israel in the second quarter of the year 2023 (months April - June), with a comparison of the average prices of the transactions compared to the second quarter of last year 2022.

The data shows that about 12,153 apartments were sold in Israel in the second quarter of this year and the average price of an apartment is 1.9 million NIS, a decrease of about 10 thousand transactions from last year's quarter.

The data in the city of Beit Shemesh: the number of real estate transactions was cut in half, 219 apartments were sold in the second quarter of 2023 with the average price at 2.3 million NIS, a sharp jump of 37.4% compared to the average price in the quarter last year when 501 transactions were made in the city.
