The Jerusalem District Committee decided to deposit the plan for the BIG Beit Shemesh complex, in accordance with the plan for the northern Ma'ar (business center) area. The plan is for a total area of ​​about 30 dunams in the open BIG complex, along Yigal Alon Street at the entrance to the city from Route 38.

The plan proposes instead of the existing commercial building - the construction of an integrated complex for residential, employment and buildings that includes five residential towers of 17-26 floors with 400 housing units. A new office tower with a height of 25 floors, a commercial facade towards Yigal Alon Street and a parking lot with 150 spaces.

A total of about 55,000 square meters of employment space, about 18,000 square meters of commercial space, as well as 1,550 square meters for public buildings, development and regulation of the public space.
