The company "Moked Yagal Defense" filed a lawsuit against the municipality of Beit Shemesh to the Magistrate's Court in the city after it did not receive payment for three months of service in which it installed emergency buttons in kindergartens in the city, this after providing the service for three years.

Judge Elad Lang rejected the municipality's claim that the three months were defined as a pilot, the ruling states that the municipality "acted in bad faith and by actual act or omission, in that senior representatives of the municipality approved a financial commitment on the part of the municipality without signing the authorized parties".

The judge determined that the municipality must pay the company approximately NIS 93,000 for the maintenance and patrol services, plus NIS 22,800 in court costs and attorney's fees.
