The Minister of the Interior announces: after a discussion with the professional and security officials - the local elections will be held in about two months

Minister of the Interior Moshe Arbel announces that after a discussion with the professionals in the Ministry of the Interior and the security officials, it was decided to continue preparing for the local elections in the city of Beit Shemesh, which will be held on January 30, 2024 - 20 Shebat.

This is with the exception of 14 municipalities that were vacated by government decision in which it will not be possible to hold the elections on their date and they will be postponed for at least 5 months.
