MDA drives - 'Rescue Team' were called to Dover Shalom Street in Shkuntz Belza in the city of Beit Shemesh, following a report of a fall from a height.

"Rescue Team" volunteers Shimon Lieberman and Aharon Rabinowitz add: "When we arrived at the scene of the incident, we saw a 29-year-old man who was injured in the head and limbs as a result of a fall from a height of about 3 meters, while he was engaged in installing an air conditioner.

Together with other MDA medics and paramedics and a rescue team, we provided him with initial medical assistance including immobilization and dressings, and he was evacuated by an MDA intensive care vehicle in moderate condition for further treatment in the trauma room at Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem."
