MDA drivers - 'Rescue Team' were called to Nahar Jordan Street in Beit Shemesh following a report of a fall from a height.

Rescue Team volunteers Israel Cohen and Joshua Weiss add: "When we arrived at the scene, we saw a 5-year-old boy lying on the sidewalk, suffering from head and facial injuries after falling from a 2.5-meter-high wall.

"Together with other MDA medics and paramedics and a rescue team, we provided him with initial medical assistance, including stopping bleeding, immobilization and dressings. He was evacuated by an MDA ambulance in moderate condition for further treatment in the trauma room at Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem."
