A volunteer in the rescue organizations testifies to Beit Shemesh News:

The family of the baby who lost consciousness on Saturday night and was taken to the hospital while CPR continued , where he was pronounced dead, who lives on Huldah HaNaviya Street in the Ramat Beit Shemesh 32 neighborhood, tried for at least five critical minutes to contact the rescue organizations, but due to the fact that there is no cellular reception, no managed to call the rescue centers.

"In saving a life, every minute counts, these may have been extremely fateful minutes. The residents of the city have been crying out for years about the terrible failure of the reception and this is not the first time that this touches on the danger of life, maybe this time there will be someone who will take care of the residents of the city?!"
