Occupancy continues: certificate of completion for 130 new apartments in Ramat Beit Shemesh neighborhood 4

Chairman of the Planning and Construction Committee, Deputy Mayor Shimon Goldberg and City Engineer Guy Donnenfeld today (Tuesday) signed a certificate of completion for another 130 housing units in the Ramat Beit Shemesh 4 neighborhood.

It is about 80 apartments on Yiva Saba Street in buildings 7-9-10-11, and 50 apartments on Ilfa Street in buildings 3-5, in the 'Triston' and 'Magan' projects. The buildings will start to be inhabited soon.

As you may remember, we recently reported on the Beit Shemesh news network about additional buildings that received occupancy approval, when towards the beginning of the year efforts are being made among the contractors alongside the engineering administration to complete occupancy.
