The mayor's deputy and mayor, chairman of the planning and construction committee Shimon Goldberg and city engineer Guy Donnenfeld today signed form 4 for approval of occupancy and provision of electricity, water and telephone services, for 57 new units in Ramat Beit Shemesh neighborhood 4.

The new apartments in 3 buildings on Rabbi Hanina Street 16-18-20, a project of the "Peretz Luzon" company.

As you remember, at the beginning of the week we reported on the signing of an occupancy permit for another 53 apartments in the neighborhood. Towards the beginning of the year, efforts are being made by the project contractors in the neighborhood alongside the engineering administration to complete and approve settlements.
