Today, the election committee updated the true results after counting during the night of all the votes - 100% of the polling stations in the city of Beit Shemesh.

The final voting percentage is 60.4%, when 53,411 residents voted last night. 472 votes were rejected.

The elected mayor Shmuel Greenberg leads by a margin with about 58.7% - 31,054 votes.

The outgoing mayor Aliza Bloch with 41.3% - 21,885 votes.


About 1,000 duplicate envelopes remain, their counting will begin soon at the election committee and the results will be updated, but without causing a change in the image of victory.
