The Beit Shemesh City Council will hold its regular plenary session number 8 tonight (Wednesday), which was postponed by two weeks.

The plenary session, which began at 6:00 PM, was held in record speed in just 8 minutes, with all the items on the agenda being approved one after the other -

• Approval of a number of appropriations that had previously passed the Appropriations Subcommittee.

• Approval of supports and distinctions for institutions in accordance with the committee's recommendations.

• Appointment of a consultant (at a salary of 1 shekel) for property tax issues.

• Announcement from the Mayor regarding the receipt of a donation of furniture for the municipal library.

• Update on the decision approved by telephone regarding the mayor's departure for a delegation to England and France.
