A disturbing phenomenon: another theft incident in broad daylight in Ramat Beit Shemesh IV

Last Wednesday at around 16:00, a man (of Arab appearance) arrived in a black "Volkswagen Jetta" type vehicle at a construction site on Sderot Ha'Amoraim Street in the Ramat Beit Shemesh IV neighborhood.

After making several rounds and scans to check the area, he stole and loaded into his car 2 pairs of electric bicycles belonging to the site's employees.

After stopping a resident who noticed the unusual activity, the thief quickly fled the scene with his vehicle.

The managers of the construction site told Beit Shemesh News: "The main concern is that the thefts will continue from the construction site or from other places in the neighborhood, even after the thief has been recorded making rounds and scans."
