A resident of Beit Shemesh was arrested on Route 1: confiscated drugs and a large sum of money were seized from his vehicle

Police officers of the Harel station in the Jerusalem district arrested a suspect in his 30s, a resident of the city of Beit Shemesh. The suspect was stopped for examination in the area of ​​Highway 1, and in the search conducted by the police in his car, substances suspected to be drugs of various types in an amount not for personal consumption were caught being removed in the trunk of the car and a large amount of cash.

The suspect who was arrested by the police, was transferred to the Jerusalem district for investigation, and today he will be brought to the court to discuss the extension of his detention.
