Battle for the House: Tens of Thousands Sign Up for the Lottery for Only 237 Apartments in the City of Beit Shemesh

Registration for the ninth lottery of the 'Apartment at a Discount' program, which took place between December 25 and January 21, 2025, attracted approximately 98,000 households who competed for 3,925 apartments in 15 localities across the country.

In the city of Beit Shemesh, there are 237 apartments in the lottery in 4 projects in the Ramat Beit Shemesh 2 neighborhood - 28,379 households that registered for the lottery are competing for them.

As a reminder, in the previous lottery held in November, 31,465 households registered in the city of Beit Shemesh, competing for 2,175 apartments in 15 projects.
