The Israel Land Authority and the Ministry of Construction and Housing are publishing a tender for the construction of 1,077 residential units in 8 complexes in the Ramat Beit Shemesh 2 neighborhood.

The tender is in the "target-priced housing" track, which emphasizes that construction for residential, commercial, institutional, and public educational buildings has characteristics appropriate for an "ultra-Orthodox character."

As a reminder, the Ramat Beit Shemesh 2 neighborhood is planned with approximately 4,659 housing units. In recent months, a tender was published for the construction of projects, which was won by several bidders, and about a month and a half ago, the first lottery for the "Apartment at a Discount" program opened, in which approximately 2,175 housing units in the neighborhood were raffled off.
