Hours before Saturday, the bus stops filled with hundreds of passengers who wanted to leave the city for Shabbat, only no one at the bus company expected such an amount.

An employee of the company's customer relationship, Nati Safrin , was called to the area, a dear man who knows how to manage events on the scale of taking out dozens of buses laden with passengers and during such stressful times.

Nati was there and for the remaining time navigating the ushers and drivers to the busy stations and the passengers breathed a sigh of relief on their seats in the buses on their way to the destination.
