Baruch Dayan the truth: an IDF soldier resident of Beit Shemesh fell in battle in the southern Gaza Strip

The IDF allows the publication of the fall of the holy soldier Major General (res.) Shimon Yehoshua Assolin the 14th, a 24-year-old resident of the city of Beit Shemesh, a fighter in the 924th Engineering Battalion, the Harel Brigade (10), yesterday in a battle in the southern Gaza Strip.

Son of Rabbi Raphael Assolin, rabbi and head of the 'Shaeli Torah' high school yeshiva and rabbi of the 'Kol Eliyahu' synagogue on Bar Ilan Street.

Crowds of residents of the city of Beit Shemesh along with elected officials came to accompany the Assolin family in the Sheinfeld neighborhood, on their way to the funeral of their holy son which took place at the military cemetery on Mount Herzl.
